Holistic Healing Medical Centre, Dubai (“Holistic Healing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Holistic Healing mobile application (Android & iOS) and the website holistic.global (together, the “Services”). What the app does
The app lets patients browse our services and view/manage appointments. It is not a diagnostic or emergency service.
Information we collect
- Account & contact information (e.g., name, email, mobile number) when you register, sign in, or contact us.
- Appointment information (e.g., preferred date/time, booking status). We do not store clinical notes in the app.
- Device & usage data (e.g., app version, device model, OS, crash logs, and basic analytics) to maintain and improve the app.
How we use information
- Provide, manage, and personalize your appointments.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important updates (e.g., appointment reminders).
- Maintain security, fix bugs, and improve performance and features.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We process data to perform a contract (managing your bookings), with your consent (optional notifications/analytics where required), and for our legitimate interests (service reliability and security), subject to your rights.
